By accessing or using the Solarpaddy platform ("Platform", "Website", or "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Solarpaddy platform is proudly developed, operated, and maintained by Haqqman Technology Limited ("Haqqman", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any of our services. If these Terms are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms.

Solarpaddy provides an interactive online ecosystem focused on the solar energy sector. Our core services include:

  • Solar Calculator: An estimation tool that uses algorithms to calculate potential solar installation sizes, costs, and Return on Investment (ROI) based on localized data, such as Nigerian grid tariff bands.
  • Provider Directory: A marketplace and networking map designed to connect users with verified, local solar installers, distributors, and financiers.
  • ESG Tracking: Informational scoring and dashboards displaying Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) metrics.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.

3. User & Provider Accounts

Certain features of Solarpaddy may require you to register for an account.

  • Consumer Users: Must provide accurate contact information if opting-in to receive quotes from solar providers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Verified Providers: Solar businesses listing on our directory must undergo our verification processes. You agree that all business information, certifications, and licenses provided to Haqqman Technology Limited are accurate and valid. Haqqman reserves the right to revoke "Verified" status at our sole discretion if a provider engages in deceptive practices.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, algorithms (including the Solar Calculator methodology), and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Haqqman Technology Limited and its licensors.

Solarpaddy, the Solarpaddy logo, Haqqman, and the Haqqman logo are trademarks of Haqqman Technology Limited. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Haqqman.

5. Disclaimers & Warranties

No Financial or Engineering Advice: The estimates generated by the Solarpaddy Solar Calculator are provided for general informational purposes only. They are based on industry averages, user-provided data, and localized tariff approximations. They do not constitute professional engineering blueprints or guaranteed financial advice.

Provider Independence: While we verify basic credentials of providers listed in our directory, Haqqman Technology Limited does not endorse, guarantee, or warranty the specific workmanship, goods, or services provided by any third-party solar installer. Any contracts entered into are strictly between the user and the provider.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Haqqman Technology Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, property damage resulting from solar installations, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service; and
  • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
